Kesher: Yoga and Mindfulness for Parents + Caregivers

Through this series, we are offering parents and caregivers a moment to take care of themselves, while creating a natural connection to your children through yoga and mindfulness. The class is designed for adults, but will also be a compliment to our children’s practice later in the day - helping to create a mindful connection in every household. When adults practice self care, the whole family benefits!

WHEN WE WILL MEET: 10/25, 11/29, 12/13, 1/31, 2/28, 3/28, 5/2 and 5/30

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Parents and Caregivers who can sit comfortably on a mat, and move from standing to sitting without assistance. While we of course embrace the whole family, for safety we ask that only pre-crawling babies join the class with caregivers. *Note: It is recommended to wait up to 6 weeks postpartum with clearance from a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Mat, Towel, and Water Bottle (mats are available upon request)
