Simchat Torah Story Slam

The Jewish people is a storytelling people. Our most sacred symbol is not a person or a place. Our most sacred symbol is a story -- our Torah. Simchat Torah is a time of celebrating stories. At Temple Beth Shalom’s Simchat Torah Story Slam, we'll hear true stories told live by congregants (in the style of The Moth). We'll experience the power of stories not only to entertain, but also to connect people to one another, to bring ideas to life, and to move us.
